Mustard Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tsp shallots, minced
2 cups dry white wine
2 cups heavy cream
4 tbl dijon
Directions:
Boil shallots wine until the mixture is reduced by 3/4. Stir in the mustard, then the cream. Reduced to desired consistancy, strain, and then serve.
