Hummus
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked garbonzo beans (chick peas)
1 tbsp tahini
1 whole pressed garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients:
Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor and serve with pita bread or crackers. Adjust the recipe to taste.
