Lemon Herb Butter
Ingredients:
6 tbl softened, unsalted butter
2 tbl basil, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 shallot, minced
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend softened, unsalted butter with basil, garlic, minced shallot, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. You can shape it into a log, wrap it in plastic, and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
